Access hours are daily from 6am to 10pm.

We are staffed Monday through Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday, 1pm to 5pm.

We offer online bill pay for your convenience.
How secure is your facility?
For your security, our gated facility offers personalized codes, 24 hour surveillance cameras, and we also have resident property managers. For added security for your unit, purchase a high quality lock. We recommend the disk lock which is available for purchase at our office.
What supplies do you offer?
We sell locks, boxes and moving supplies for your convenience.
How do I know which size I need?

Is there an after-hours phone number I can call?
No, we do not have an after-hours phone number. Please call 281-645-5047 and leave a message. A manager will return your call the following business day. In case of an emergency, call 9-1-1.
I’ve lost my key, what do I do?
We can cut the lock for a fee.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes, we offer automatic payments as well as the ability to pay online.
Where are you located?
We are located at 18318 US-59 Bus, New Caney, TX 77357. Our facility is on Highway 59 S. in between 242 and Roman Woods. We’re close to the Flying J and nearby New Caney Elementary School. Our location makes it easy for anyone in and around the New Caney area to quickly reach us!
Is there anything I can’t store in my unit?
We don't allow the storage of combustible items like fuel and paint. If you store your lawn mower, make sure the tank is empty before storing.
Is the on-site dumpster available for use to tenants?
No. The on-site dumpster is for facility use only.
